I’m a nature and landscape photographer who adores the wilderness areas of our western states, old-growth forests, and the desert southwest. I am most at home in the remote wilderness expanses of our National Parks and Monuments and in the open spaces and open gates of the B.L.M. lands. I recently retired from a 37-year teaching career in Chico Unified School District. I’m truly enjoying this next chapter, traveling and exploring, creating fine art photography, and even learning a little about small businesses 😉
